The tender detail panel provides comprehensive information about each procurement opportunity, including all metadata, contacts, documents, and amendment history.

Title and Description:
- Official Title: Full tender title as published by government
- Description: Complete scope of work, requirements, deliverables
- Extended Description: Additional context (when available)
- Background: Project background and objectives
Key Identifiers:
- Reference Number: Government tracking number (clickable to copy)
- Solicitation Number: May differ from reference in some systems
- Procurement ID: Internal database ID
- Source System ID: Original ID from source system
Dates and Deadlines:
- Posted Date: When tender was first published
- Closing Date: Submission deadline (with countdown timer)
- Contract Start Date: Expected work commencement
- Contract End Date: Expected work completion
- Last Modified: When tender was last updated
- Amendment Date: Date of most recent amendment (if any)
Status Information:
- Current Status: Active, Closed, Awarded, Cancelled
- Status Since: When status last changed
- Days Remaining: Countdown to closing (for active tenders)
- Days Since Closing: For closed/awarded tenders
Organization Details
Issuing Agency:
- Department/Ministry: Full official name
- Organization Level: Federal, Provincial, Municipal, Parapublic
- Parent Organization: If agency is sub-unit
- Organization Code: Government org code (if available)
Contracting Authority:
- Entity Name: Specific contracting office
- Branch/Division: Organizational unit
- Address: Physical location
- Billing Address: If different from physical
End User:
- End User Entity: Who will use the goods/services
- May differ from contracting authority
- Multiple end users possible
Classification and Categories
GSIN Codes (Federal - CanadaBuys):
- Primary GSIN: Main goods/services category
- GSIN Code: Numeric code (e.g., "D008A")
- GSIN Description: Category name
- Secondary GSIN: Additional categories if applicable
Example:
Primary GSIN: D008A
Description: Information Technology and Telecommunications Professional Services
Secondary: D317 - Professional, Administrative and Management Support Services
UNSPSC Codes (International Standard):
- Segment: Top-level category (2 digits)
- Family: Sub-category (4 digits)
- Class: Detailed category (6 digits)
- Commodity: Specific item (8 digits)
- Multiple UNSPSC: Tenders may have several codes
Example:
UNSPSC: 81111507
Segment: 81 - Engineering and Research Services
Family: 8111 - Engineering services
Class: 811115 - Civil and structural engineering

Quebec Categories (SEAO):
- Primary Category: Main procurement type
- Sub-category: Specific service/good type
- Sector: Industry sector
- Type: Organization type specific categories
Provincial Categories (BC Bid, Ontario):
- Province-specific category trees
- Aligned with provincial procurement frameworks
- May map to GSIN or UNSPSC
Financial Information
Contract Value:
- Estimated Value: Government estimate (if disclosed)
- Value Range: Min-Max if provided
- Value Currency: Typically CAD
- Value Basis: Annual, total, per unit
- Value Includes: Options, renewals, extensions
Value Indicators:

Funding Information (when available):
- Budget Code: Government budget allocation
- Funding Source: Program or initiative funding

Note
Government agencies are not always required to disclose estimated contract values at the tender stage. Values are often only published when the contract is awarded.
Geographic Information
Location Details:
- Delivery Location: Where goods/services delivered
- Work Location: Where work will be performed
- Vendor Location: Required vendor location (if specified)
- Regional Restrictions: Local/provincial preferences
Address Components:
- City: Primary city
- Province/Territory: Canadian province or territory
- Country: Usually Canada, may include international
- Postal Code: When specified
- Region: Greater region or area
Multi-Location Tenders:
- Multiple Delivery Sites: List of all locations
- National Scope: Canada-wide indicator
