Layout Presets
Switch the Dashboard between the Overview, Briefing and Terminal layouts, and between federal and Quebec data.
The Dashboard has three fixed layouts. They show the same data, arranged differently. Pick the one that suits how you work.
How to change the layout
Select OVERVIEW, BRIEFING or TERMINAL at the top right of the Dashboard. The switch is instant. Cothon remembers your choice in this browser. The first time, you see Briefing.

Briefing
- Greeting and daily brief at the top.
- Main column: Upcoming deadlines, Market snapshot, then Competitor share and Incumbents to watch side by side, then Capability match.
- Side column: four number cards (pipeline value, win rate, active pursuits, closing soon), Win / loss trend, Recent activity and Profile readiness.
Overview
- Large greeting, all five numbers and the daily brief.
- Market snapshot with Win / loss trend.
- Upcoming deadlines with Competitor share.
- Capability match with Profile readiness.
- A last row with Pipeline funnel, Incumbents to watch and Recent activity.
Terminal
- A compact Command terminal header with your company, the market you picked and all five numbers in one line.
- A shorter daily brief.
- All nine panels in a tight grid, with Recent activity across the bottom.
Tip
Switching layouts never loses anything. Try all three.
Federal or Quebec data
FEDERAL and QUÉBEC, at the top left, pick the market data for three panels: Market snapshot, Competitor share and Incumbents to watch.

Your own numbers (deadlines, funnel, win rate, capability match, profile and activity) do not change with this switch.
What you cannot change
You cannot add, remove, resize or drag panels. The three layouts are the only options. For open-ended exploring, use Analytics.
On a phone, every layout stacks into a single column.
