Layout Presets
The dashboard's three arrangements — Overview, Briefing, and Terminal — and the Federal/Québec data toggle
The dashboard offers three fixed arrangements of the same underlying panels. Pick the one that matches how you read information; your choice — and your Federal/Québec data-source choice — is remembered between visits.
Overview
A full-width, chart-forward layout for a complete read of your position:
- Large greeting header with the full-size KPI band and daily brief
- Market snapshot leading, paired with the Win / loss trend
- Upcoming deadlines beside Competitor share
- Capability match with Profile readiness
- A closing row of Pipeline funnel, Incumbents to watch, and Recent activity
Choose Overview when you want everything visible with room to breathe — for example, a weekly review.
Briefing
A newspaper-style read with a main column and a sidebar:
- Greeting and daily brief up top
- Main column: Upcoming deadlines first, then Market snapshot, Competitor share with Incumbents to watch side by side, and Capability match
- Sidebar: four compact KPI cards, Win / loss trend, Recent activity, and Profile readiness
Briefing leads with what is time-sensitive — deadlines before dashboards. It suits a daily morning check.
Terminal
A dense, monitor-style grid that fits the most on screen:
- A compact header with your company and jurisdiction, plus all KPIs inlined as a ticker row
- A condensed daily brief
- All nine panels in a tight grid: Market snapshot, Win / loss trend, Pipeline funnel, Upcoming deadlines, Competitor share, Incumbents to watch, Capability match, Profile readiness, and a full-width Recent activity
Terminal is the "everything at once" view for users who prefer density over whitespace.
Tip
The presets differ in arrangement and emphasis, not in data — switching is instant and loses nothing, so try all three.
The Federal / Québec toggle
The market-facing panels — Market snapshot, Competitor share, and Incumbents to watch — draw from the jurisdiction selected in the toolbar:
- Federal — federal award data (CanadaBuys)
- Québec — Quebec award data (SEAO)
Your company-facing panels (KPIs, deadlines, funnel, win/loss, capability, profile, activity) are unaffected by the toggle — they always reflect your own workspace.
What the dashboard does not do
The dashboard is intentionally a curated command view, not a widget builder: there is no widget catalog, no drag-and-drop rearranging, and no per-panel add/remove. The three presets are the supported arrangements. For open-ended exploration, use the Analytics section.
