Cothon uses a modern three-panel layout designed for efficient procurement workflows. This guide will help you navigate the platform and find everything you need.

The left sidebar provides access to all major features:

Three-Panel Layout

Cothon uses a three-panel design optimized for procurement work:

  • Left Panel: Main navigation and quick actions
  • Center Panel: Primary content and workspaces
  • Right Panel: Contextual details and AI assistance

Tip

You can collapse the side panels by clicking the edge dividers to maximize your workspace.

Speed up your workflow with these keyboard shortcuts:

Cmd/Ctrl + KOpen command palette
Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + DSearch documentation

EscapeClose modals and dialogs

Command Palette

Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open the command palette for quick access to:

Note

The command palette learns from your usage patterns and surfaces your most-used actions first.

When viewing nested content like analysis details or opportunity specifics, breadcrumbs at the top of the page show your current location and let you navigate back to parent pages.

Quick Actions

Look for the floating action button (FAB) in the bottom-right corner of many pages. It provides context-aware quick actions like:

  • Upload new document
  • Create analysis
  • Generate proposal
  • Share current view

Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices, the navigation adapts to a hamburger menu pattern. Tap the menu icon in the top-left to access all features. The AI assistant remains accessible via the floating button.
