Linking Analyses

Bid analyses and opportunities connect directly: an opportunity can have one or more linked analyses, and the opportunity workspace aggregates their extracted requirements into a single view.

Why Link Analyses?

• One place for requirements — all requirements extracted across linked analyses appear together on the opportunity, with capability assessments.
• Context — the analysis is tied to the pursuit it serves, visible from the opportunity's Work Center.
• Navigation — jump between the opportunity and its analyses without losing your place.

Link an Existing Analysis

An analysis created in the Bid Analysis module can also be linked to an opportunity after the fact. Once linked, its requirements flow into the opportunity's aggregated requirements view.

The Aggregated Requirements View

The opportunity's Work Center → Requirements tab combines requirements from every linked analysis:

• Each requirement carries its capability match status (Fully Meets / Partially Meets / Cannot Meet / Not Assessed)
• Mandatory requirements are highlighted, and an unmet mandatory is flagged as a compliance risk
• Requirement counts stay in sync with the linked analyses

Applying Analysis Metadata

When an analysis extracts structured metadata from the solicitation (dates, values, and similar fields), you can apply that extracted metadata to the opportunity record to fill in fields the source listing did not provide.

Unlinking

Removing a link detaches the analysis from the opportunity — it deletes neither. The analysis remains in the Bid Analysis module, and the opportunity keeps its other links.

Multiple Analyses

One opportunity can hold several linked analyses — for example, a re-run after an amendment, or separate analyses of different solicitation documents. The requirements view aggregates across all of them.
