Each of these workflows takes only a few minutes and shows a different side of Cothon.

1. Filter the tender feed to your market

1. Open Tenders in the sidebar.
2. Use search and filters to narrow the feed to your industries and keywords.
3. Save the combination as a filter preset so it is one click away next time.

2. Analyze a tender

1. Pick a relevant tender from the feed.
2. Choose Analyze. Cothon retrieves the tender documents and extracts the requirements.
3. When the analysis completes, review the requirements: criticality (Mandatory, Point-Rated, administrative) and match status (Fully Meets, Partially Meets, Cannot Meet).

3. Strengthen your company profile

1. Open Company Profile.
2. Add or refine capabilities, certifications, and your procurement industries.
3. Re-check a previous analysis — matches improve as the profile gets more complete.

4. Research a vendor

1. Open Analytics.
2. Search for a vendor — a competitor, incumbent, or potential partner.
3. Review their government award history and market presence.

5. Set up your dashboard

1. Open Dashboard.
2. Toggle the data source between Federal and Québec.
3. Try the three layout presets — Overview, Briefing, and Terminal — and keep the one that suits you. Your choice is remembered.
