Supply Arrangement Alerts
Get twice-daily emails about TBIPS, TSPS and SBIPS call-ups in the categories your company is qualified in.
Supply Arrangement Alerts
Supply arrangement alerts email your team when the federal government posts work under an arrangement you hold. A supply arrangement (SA) is a pre-qualified supplier list: only holders qualified in a category can bid on its call-ups.
Cothon covers TBIPS (Task-Based Informatics Professional Services), TSPS (Task and Solutions Professional Services) and SBIPS (Solutions-Based Informatics Professional Services). It also catches notices that name the arrangement only in the attached document. Staffing firms can add other vehicles that buy the same resources, such as THS, ProServices and Other IT.
When alerts arrive
- Emails go out at 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM Ottawa time.
- Each notice is sent once. If a notice you already received changes (new closing date, new documents, an amendment or a cancellation), the next email lists it under updates.
- If nothing new matches, no email is sent.
How to set up alerts (owners and admins)
After that, the button reads Save changes. Use Send me a test alert to get a real email at your own address.
Delivery options
| Option | What it does |
|---|---|
| Alerts on | Pause and resume alerts without losing your categories. |
| Include likely matches | Adds notices that list an official category (for example "A.7 Programmer/Analyst") but never name the arrangement. They are marked "Likely" in the email. |
| Include notices with no stated category | Adds notices where the arrangement is confirmed but the category is not stated. Recommended, because many notices list categories only in the attachment. |
| Include qualification opportunities | Adds refreshes and requests for supply arrangement, so you can qualify in new streams or tiers. |
