Templates

The Templates section is your library of document templates. Browse what is available, preview a template's structure, and manage any custom templates you have added.

Browsing Templates

• Search templates by name or description.
• Filter by category: All, Project management, Technical, Business, Compliance, or Custom.

Each template card shows:

• The template's name and description
• Its category and document type
• A Default badge on templates provided as standard

Previewing a Template

Click Preview on any template to open a detail view showing:

• The template's category and document type
• Its sections, each with a title and content type
• The AI prompt attached to a section, when one is defined — this guides AI content generation for that section

Custom vs. Default Templates

• Default templates are provided by Cothon and cannot be deleted.
• Custom templates (the Custom category) belong to your workspace and can be edited or deleted.
