Getting Started

Creating an Organization

If you don't have an organization yet:

Joining an Organization

To join an existing organization:

  1. Receive an invitation email
  2. Click Accept Invitation
  3. Sign in or create account
  4. You're now part of the organization

Organization Overview

Dashboard

The organization dashboard shows:

Accessing Organization Settings

  1. Click your profile picture
  2. Select your organization
  3. Click Organization Settings

Bulk Operations

Manage multiple members at once:

  1. Go to Settings > Members
  2. Select multiple members (checkbox)
  3. Choose bulk action:
    • Add to team
    • Change role
    • Remove from organization

Organization Billing

Subscription Management

View and manage your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. See current plan and usage
  3. Upgrade or modify plan
  4. Download invoices

Seat Management

Control member seats:

  • View current seat usage
  • Add seats as needed
  • Remove unused seats
  • View seat allocation by team

Activity Log

Viewing Activity

Track what happens in your organization:

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Activity Log
  2. View chronological events
  3. Filter by:
    • Member
    • Event type
    • Date range

Exporting Logs

For compliance and auditing:

  1. Click Export in activity log
  2. Select date range
  3. Choose format (CSV, JSON)

Organization Data

Your organization's data includes:

  • All analyses and proposals
  • Opportunity pipeline
  • Capability libraries
  • Templates
  • Settings and configurations

Data Location

Data stored in secure cloud infrastructure:

  • SOC 2 Type II certified
  • Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Regular backups
  • Disaster recovery

Data Export

Export all organization data:

  1. Go to Settings > Organization > Data
  2. Click Export All Data
  3. Receive download link via email

Data exports may take time for large organizations. You'll receive an email when ready.
