The Opportunities module is your pursuit pipeline: every tender you save and every opportunity you create manually lives here, with a status, a stage, and a full workspace for evaluating and working the pursuit.

Overview

Each opportunity carries:

• Status — identified, evaluating, bidding, submitted, awarded, lost, or declined
• Stage — discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, or closed
• A workspace — requirements, linked bid analyses, proposals, intelligence, team members, comments, and an activity log

Setting an opportunity's status to bidding makes it appear in Active Bids, the war-room view for pursuits you have committed to.

Every opportunity records where it came from, and you can filter your pipeline by source:

• Saved tenders — from CanadaBuys (federal), SEAO (Québec), or BC Bid via the Tenders browser
• Manual entries — created with the Create Opportunity form for anything not on a public portal
