Configure Cothon to match your workflow and preferences

Settings
The Settings area is where you personalize Cothon: calendar preferences, appearance, bid strategy, security, privacy, notifications, templates, organizations, integrations, and your subscription.
Opening Settings
- Click the gear icon in the navigation sidebar. This opens the Settings page.
- Use the settings list panel on the left to switch between sections.
- A search box at the top of the list filters sections by name or description.
Settings Sections
| Section | What it covers |

| General | Time format, week start day, and opportunity defaults |
| Appearance | Accent color, typography, layout toggles, and custom CSS |
| Bid Strategy & Priorities | Target industries, agencies, regions, contract values, and revenue targets that feed bid-decision scoring |
| Security | Password changes and two-factor authentication |
| Privacy | Organization-matching consent, data retention, data export, and account deletion |
| Notifications | Email, push, and in-app notifications, plus quiet hours |
| Templates | Browse and preview document templates |
| Organizations | Create organizations, manage members, and configure org-level options |
| Integrations | Connect external services — see Integrations |
| Subscription & Billing | Your current plan and available tiers |
Note
Platform administrators see one additional section, Platform Admin, used to issue customer onboarding claim codes. It is not visible to regular users.
How Changes Are Saved
Most preference changes (appearance, notifications, general settings) take effect as soon as you change them. Some sections, such as Bid Strategy & Priorities, have an explicit Save button — unsaved changes are indicated on the page until you save or revert them.
